Chałupy Pod Lipami

We celebrated the New Year here (House N7). The place is really perfect. The wooden house was not very big, but had enough space for us (7 people) to relax alone without disturbing each other, or to make activities together. The house is very warm and has adjustable heating system. Perfect that the house has 2 toilets. The shower is clean and works good. The kitchen has a lot of dishes, big fridge and freezer, modern stove top, microwave oven, big sink, and what is the most important - dishwasher! I was missing the baking oven sometimes, but actually it is not that much needed. The house has a big terrace with a table and benches, I could guess how perfect would be to sit there in summer. Also the house has a grill oven (outside, next to the terrace), where you have to burn wood and coal and then grill meat/ fish/ vegetables on the grill grate. We liked it very mich (the only problem was that it was difficult to find coal in the shops). Even thought you have a feeling that you live far away from the city, you can reach the town (Szklarska Poręba) easily on foot. The town is small, but there you can find supermarkets, shops, cafes ets. And you can see the beautiful mountain scenery. Close is located the place where you can go skiing and sledding (we haven't done it, but I guess it could be a lot of fun). The hosts are very friendly and ready to help if you need something (i.e. an iron). I would recommend this place to everybody!

Very comfortable conditions, very well-equipped kitchen, really spacious house. Welcome wine - a very nice gesture. We really recommend it, it's quiet and peaceful, but with children it's best to go to the town center by car, because the walk is a bit too long. Only the access road to the property spoils the wow effect during your stay, but we still encourage you to stay!!!

Friends of ours spent a week over New Year's Eve in one of these cabins. We booked ourselves into accommodation nearby as it would otherwise be too tight. However, we spent every day there. The hut was very nice and had good facilities. There were 2 toilets and a shower. This should be taken into account when booking. There was plenty to visit in the area. E.g. waterfalls or a beautiful city center with many options for dining out. Unfortunately we didn't have any snow during our stay, so only one star for the location. Because the road conditions for the last 300m to the accommodation were a disaster. I haven't seen holes like this in a long time.
